Returns & Refunds

30-day window. If a tool isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to return

1. Email info@drfriedels.com with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions and, when eligible, a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the item — original packaging preferred but not required.
4. Drop it at any USPS location.

Refund timeline

Once we receive the return, we inspect and refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the refund.

Damaged on arrival?

We'll replace it, free of charge; in many cases no return is needed. Just send a photo to info@drfriedels.com within 7 days of delivery.
