How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Every US order ships free with standard shipping. We ship from Wyoming Monday–Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US-only direct from this storefront. International customers can purchase via our Amazon store, which fulfills to many regions worldwide.
What's your return policy?
30 days. If the product isn't right, contact us and we'll arrange a free return label. Once it's back, we'll refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Are your tools guaranteed?
Every tool is built to last and backed by our craftsmanship guarantee. If a tool fails under normal use, contact us — we'll replace it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe Link. Checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe.
Is the Multi-Card allowed in carry-on luggage?
The Multi-Card has a knife edge, so it should travel in checked baggage, not carry-on luggage. For grooming travel, the Manicure Kit is compact, but always check current airline/security rules before carry-on packing.
